Thursday will offer two tracks of IAFF Partnership Education Courses (PEP). These tracks have been designed to help our locals and members better prepare for the new realities organized labor might have to face in the light of the upcoming Janus “right to work” decision. One track will focus on developing union leaders and the other on union engagement, communication and outreach. Additional, non-PEP workshops will be held throughout the day covering topics ranging from retirement and benefits, to legal issues. Thursday will wrap up with the annual Brotherhood event in support of the PFANJ Emergency Relief Fund.
