It is with deepest regret and sorrow to report the line-of-duty death of Firefighter Richard Kubler, IAFF 1st District Local 2081, Hackensack, NJ. Brother Kubler, 53, passed away on July 25, 2020 of liver cancer related to his work during the search and recovery efforts at Ground Zero.

totally disabled due to COVID-19 receive full federal benefits passed
