MARINO “ROOKIE” BILL PASSES IN STATE ASSEMBLY AND SENATE
On November 16, 2020, A2317/S487 was passed in both houses of the state legislature. This bill, named in honor of late PFANJ President Dominick Marino, “enhances PFRS accidental death pension for surviving spouse by providing for minimum of $50,000 annually.” The bill will now move to Governor Phil Murphy’s desk to be signed into law.
